About Us
Established in 2020
Executive Chef Brad Murphy and his partner (in life and business,) built FGTC on the idea of love via food during the pandemic,
and is still proudly based in Cobourg
(Ontario's "Feel Good Town" - hence where our name comes from!)
We pride ourselves on bringing the feel good vibes
from our hearts to your event.
Born in Montreal and seasoned with over 30 years of culinary experience across Canada, Chef Brad has an exciting portfolio, including clients like Jennifer Lopez, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Nelly Furtado, The Dalai Lama and many more ... and has catered as large scale as Cirque de Soleil, to Northumberland Rocks, Fashion Speaks with Jeanne Bekker, to the smaller, more intimate privately catered functions.
Brad & FGTC have been nominated for several Best Chef and Best Caterer awards — a reflection of the passion and dedication poured into every event, and the care we take in the event and surrounding community.
We have now catered over 300 weddings, milestones, celebrations, each one crafted with care, creativity, and a commitment to an exceptional event! Starting during the pandemic, we also offer delivery and drop-off packages to suit every need, as well as can host private Chef prepared dinners. Along with a number of professional sources and contacts, we can assist in coordinating most areas of your event, including rentals,
DJ services, planning and so on...
